I’m just a normal guy who enjoys being active outdoors, playing tennis, and listening to the JRE Podcast. I went to college for an IT degree, which everyone told me I would need to get a good job and have a good life.
I worked in a cubicle for 4 years and would listen to the JRE podcast sometimes while I was supposed to be working. Suffering from a boring life and career, I decided to matters into my own hands and pursue a fulfilling life, doing things I actually like doing.
I felt like my identity was tied to my job. Plus, I was fearful from the judgement I would get from all my friends and especially my mom.
As time as passed, I know I made the right decision, and I credit Joe Rogan’s podcast and all the inspirational guests he’s had on there for helping me overcome my fears, and to help me go after the kind of life I want – David Goggins style.
I absolutely love tennis and now work at a tennis facility – teaching tennis and instilling my passion to both youngsters and adults. Also, I do maintenance at the facility in the morning, where I can listen to the JRE podcast while working!
