In Joe Rogan’s close circle of friends, including Lex Fridman, Jocko Willink, and John Dudley, there are so many are seasoned veterans in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. But what about David Goggins – who seemingly would be a monster in the sport – does he train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu?
No, David Goggins does not train in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, despite expressing interest during his appearance on Joe Rogan’s podcast #1212. Given his affection for MMA, along with his mental fortitude, exceptional cardio and strength, and his track record of success in various endeavors, he could excel in the sport if he decided to pursue it.
