Honorable Mention
Bill Maher, Ben Shapiro, Jimmy Dore, Steven Crowder, Dave Smith, Kyle Kulinski, Tim Dillon, Andrew Schulz, Krystal Ball, and Saagar Enjeti
#10 – Jimmy Dore
On JRE #1412, and others, Jimmy Dore is a recurring guest on the JRE podcast, political commentator, and stand-up comedian. Listening to him on the podcast, it is clear he really knows his politics. Rogan and Dore discuss the Trump impeachment, Hollywoods’s left wing hypocrisy, as well as UFO’s.
#9 – Patrick Bet-David
On JRE #2016, Bet-David’s appearance in this episode was enlightening from a political perspective. He discussed the military industrial complex’s stranglehold on the economy, the legalization of all drugs, and the potential rematch in the 2024 presidential election between Joe Biden and Donald Trump.
Bet-David hosted Andrew Tate in a very popular episode of his Valuetainment show. With Bet-David possibly being a middle man, JRE fans are hopeful that Tate eventually becomes a guest Rogan’s show too.

#8 – Steve Hilton
On JRE #509, Hilton is a British political commentator and former directer of strategy for British Prime Minister David Cameron, of the Republican party. Hilton frequently appears as a guest on Fox News, and is heavily against Joe Biden’s policies, has criticized “Bidenomics”, and thinks TikTok is a major problem for youth.
#7 – Jesse Ventura
On JRE #858, Jesse Ventura discussed with Rogan, among a wide-range of topics, marijuana, Tesla cars, his lawsuit with Chris Kyle, and politics.
Ventura is the former Governor of Minnesota but has had success in a variety of different careers, similar to Joe Rogan. He is a former Navy SEAL, WWE wrestling Hall of Famer, and Hollywood actor in Predator with Arnold Schwarzenegger.
#6 – Dan Crenshaw
On JRE #1630, Dan Crenshaw is a U.S. congressman representing the 2nd congressional district of Texas and former Navy SEAL. As a recurring guest on Rogan’s podcast, it is strange that he has not been a guest more often, especially after Rogan moved to Texas, near Crenshaw. Perhaps the reason is because Crenshaw and David Goggins, Rogan’s inspirational friend, got into a public spat.

#5 – Bernie Sanders
On JRE #1330, Bernie Sanders, a Democratic presidential candidate for the 2020 election, has ruled out another run in 2024. Known for being a heavy supporter of social issues, his appearance on Rogan’s podcast was eye-opening, and highlighted by defending the criticism (YouTube) towards his socialist policies.

#4 – Gary Johnson
On JRE #801, Gary Johnson, the former governor of New Mexico as a Republican and later a presidential candidate of the Libertarian party, pitched the podcast listeners on why he is a “unique package.”
The remarkable political stances of Johnson, being fiscally conservative but still socially tolerant, was enough to secure Joe Rogan’s vote for president in 2016. After the 2016 election, Johnson declared that he would not be running for president again.
You're making it very clear you want to label me that way. I voted for Gary Johnson, and I lean FAR more left than right.

#3 – Andrew Yang
On JRE #1245, Yang made his case for Universal Base Income, where every person who qualifies in the United States would receive a monthly sum of $1,000 ($12,000 per year). Yang, who ran for the Democratic nomination for 2020, discussed the student loan debt crisis, as well as the 2008 financial crisis. He is a self-called “anyone but Trump guy.”
#2 – Tulsi Gabbard & Jocko Willink
On JRE #1391, Tulsi Gabbard and Jocko Willink, both recurring guests of Rogan’s podcast, came onto the show in what was a rockstar episode. The podcast discussion was generally centered about politics, the military, and what the government should consider when going to war.
Gabbard was formerly a Democrat presidential candidate, representing the beautiful state of Hawaii, but later switched to being an Independent. Jocko, who has appeared as a guest on Fox News several times, is a former Navy SEAL officer and war veteran. Both being musicians, Gabbard has been on the Jocko Podcast in which they played a song together – We’re Going to Be Friends (YouTube).

#1 – Robert Kennedy Jr.
Robert Kennedy Jr. is the son of the late Robert F. Kennedy and nephew of John F. Kennedy, who were both politicians and tragically murdered in the 1960s. He is currently running for president as an Independent, after switching from being a Democrat in October of 2023.
On JRE #1999, Kennedy Jr. and Rogan discussed questions about the COVID-19 vaccine, the murder of his father and uncle, the military industrial complex, as well as clarifying his political stances and policies. Based on the conversation, and both Rogan’s and Kennedy’s shared political idealogies, one could reasonably speculate that Rogan may be voting for Kennedy in upcoming 2024 presidential election.
Robert Kennedy Jr. has books available about his stance on vaccines, in particular COVID-19.

Will Trump be on the JRE Podcast?
In September of 2020, the internet was briefly taken by storm because Joe Rogan pondered the idea of having Donald Trump and Joe Biden on his podcast for a political debate, but ultimately decided against it. In fact, Trump, Biden, Elizabeth Warren, and many others, have reached out to Rogan to be guests on his podcast because of the outstanding reach that his platform has.
